It is our policy to only advertise products on this website which are in stock at the time of advertising. However during busy periods there may be an occasion where an item sells faster than anticipated. In which case you will be contacted by email or telephone without delay to see how you wish to proceed with your purchase.

It is our aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends, Bank Holidays and seasonal busy periods.

Orders under the value of £50 will be shipped out First Class Royal Mail Recorded at a cost of £5. Orders valued £50 - £100 will be shipped out via courier (next day service) at a cost of £10. Orders value over £100 will be shipped via courier free of charge. Parcels will arrive between 9am and 5.30pm and will not be left without a signature.
